• Clarifying group roles for the upcoming deadline
• When to get our project mostly done for review with Raquib
• How much we should have done for our next meeting

When are we meeting next, and what are the goals for the meeting?

• Saturday, March 2 2024 @5:00 PM (check in with teammates to see where everyone’s at, get about 25% of the java work done by Saturday.
• Have Firestore database started by then.
• Work on your Javadocs as you go!

TA clarifications:

• We should work towards having majority of the project done by March 6th if we would like Raquib to give us feedback on it.
• We should keep updating the product backlog, as he will be checking it randomly.
• Every class for the halfway checkpoint should have Javadocs generated.
• New user stories should be shown in our UI if they are not already, and indicate where they apply in the mockups.
• Write your test cases as you go; the earlier they are done, the better!
• Use draw.io or lucid chart for our UML diagrams (deliverable UML pertains only to classes, functions, etc. that we have worked on for the halfway checkpoint). The names for UML diagrams should be consistent with names you have in your code.
• You can feel free to use any free library (for QR codes, location, etc.) that works for the purposes of the project.
• We can create a collection in firebase in order to handle images.
• To cover User Story 02.07.01, we should change the ‘save event’ button in the attendee views to ‘RSVP’.
• We can (and should) make our bottom navbar into a fragment for ease of use.
• We can use the phone’s GPS for the user’s location at the time of QR scanning.

• how to work with location in code
• Possibly: converting images to bitmaps in Firestore
