Add a build script to create executables for release #77
Description
Use pyinstaller in a build script that creates standalone executables for:
- Beancounter (this depends on Make Beancount functionality a standalone script that uses Spotbit #61)
Binaries created should be created for Linux, Windows, MacOS.
