feat: add lint check workflow and lint all files

• Added Lint check workflow
• Updated all files to follow the lint rules

@adithyaakrishna is attempting to deploy a commit to the kodjima33's projects Team on Vercel.

A member of the Team first needs to authorize it.

@beastoin We can have a rule on vercel to prevent build/deploy checks if the Lint checks fail. Along with that can we disable vercel preview/builds for all other directories except web/frontend and web/personas-open-source
