How to get rid of gradients?

I installed the gtk3 version for Geany editor on Windows 11. Everything is fine except these buttons, they have gradients and they look just ugggggllyyy. How do I get rid of them?

can you tell me how you installed the theme for GTK on Windows?

I followed the Geany web site for it. I copied it in under "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\gtk-3.0"
