Fixes the scopes url being passed to msal client.
This fixes the Databricks MI issue by removing the "/" from being appended at the end of the scope, which services like Cosmos don't recognize as a valid scope.
If you're running into issues like Invalid Resource URL with MI authentication, this will resolve that, so upgrade to the latest azure-identity version.
