Hydra procedural breaks the arnold logging settings

In its constructor, the arnold render delegate sets the logging to some default settings. This shouldn't happen in the case of the procedural though, as a procedural node isn't supposed to change globally the logging of the scene.
As a consequence, I see that all the test output in hydra mode are with default logging, whereas running a single test usually dumps verbose logs
