This PR adds a conditional check to the GitHub release workflow to prevent it from running on external pull requests. This addresses the issue where the workflow fails when triggered by external PRs due to inability to access the required automation bot token.

The Release workflow fails when it is triggered by an external PR because the GitHub token
ADYEN_AUTOMATION_BOT_ACCESS_TOKENcannot be injected during the execution of the GitHub action.This PR introduces a check to confirm the PR was opened from the same repository (not from an external fork).
