FOAM FATAL ERROR: No CPU loads have been allocated (using dlbFoam in parallel)

Hi,

I'm trying to run a case using dlbFoam in parallel (v12), but I consistently get the following error from all processes:

FOAM FATAL ERROR:
No CPU loads have been allocated

From function virtual bool Foam::fvMeshDistributors::loadBalancer::update()
in file loadBalancer/fvMeshDistributorsLoadBalancer.C at line 103.

FOAM parallel run exiting
