Single automated test script error

Description

Target:
Tried with Toshiba's targets.

Toolchains:
GCC_ARM - 6.3.1
ARM - 5.06
IAR - 7.8

Issue:
While doing single test, getting error TypeError: coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, list found from version 5.10 and master. No error in version 5.9.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download master from https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os
2. Build command

python tools/singletest.py --auto --tc ARM,GCC_ARM,IAR -v

Hi @cmonr, no issue in mbed 5.9.7 and issue occurs from 5.10.0.

Below is the versions of different tools:

- Windows		: 8.1 pro – 64 bit
- Python		: 2.7.14
- Mbed-cli		: 1.8.2
- Greentea		: 1.4.0
- Mbedhtrun		: 1.4.1
- Pip			: 18.1
- Git Bash(git)		: 2.15.1.windows.2
- Mercurial(hg)		: 4.5
