mbed export -i IAR -m NUCLEO_L443RC not working with mbed-os-5

Steps to reproduce
mbed export -i IAR -m NUCLEO_L443RC

mbed export -i IAR -m NUCLEO_L443RC not working with mbed-os-5 #6089

What does not working mean? Does it fail to export, fail to build?

running locally, NUCLEO_L443RC is not supported by IAR exporter.

@kmkuo As asked previously, this target is not supported and not in the codebase?

This fixes the issue #7020 . The mcu definition was added for IAR.
