[OOB 5.6] Example compiles for Odin, but output is gibberish

Example compiled using branch mbed-os-5.6-oob for ARMCC, GCC_ARM, & IAR (all produce same output).

After implementing fix for "Malformed input" errors from this PR: ARMmbed/mbed-os#5048, the example compiles and flashes onto the UBLOX_EVK_ODIN_W2 board successfully, however the output shown in the serial terminal on baud rates 9600 and 115200 is gibberish:

I can verify that ODIN W2 with following code can produce the same behaviour:

The Initialising OdinWiFiInterface is printed but Done is not so assuming that board crashes.

Tested the above code with different mbed OS versions

5.4.0	does not compile with mbed Cli 1.2.0

Seems that this works is 5.4.7 but breaks the output while initialising

I modified the main.cpp to following and removed the mbed_app.json

This is the simplest test case possible for the Odin. All settings in default, no code changes.

This seems to have been known problem in Mbed OS 5.5 release time, but never reported
in the known issues list. Fix seems to have been merged in 5.5.1, but re-appears later.

What is the mbed_app.json saying on the serial? Nothing -> I think the default baud rate should be injected to the mbed_app.json. We're running UBLOX on the CI all the time and well, seems to work for us.

Could it be that the default init to whatever baud rate isn't quite matching?
