Feature request: Progress Bar Notification

To see the progress when app is in background. maybe even push a notification when upload has finished. (might be too much)

right now the app is not able to upload while in the background at all, but there's a lot of work happening in #19 and maybe it's been handled there, I'm not able to keep up with it for a long time still
