remove the "+" from childless directories in the navpane

it would be nice if the navpane wouldnt show a + on childless directories, so that we dont waste time clicking on the + to find that we've reaching the end. thanks!

the reason it always shows the + currently is because copyparty itself doesn't know whether the folder is empty or not; this could be done in two ways:

option 1 is the traditional way to do it, where copyparty asks the filesystem whether each and every folder is empty -- this is taxing on both the HDD and CPU, and would reduce performance

option 2 is asking the database, but this means the user must enable filesystem indexing, and the index must be up-to-date, which is not always the case -- many disable filesyste-indexing and only keep the db itself enabled, which would result in many folders not getting the + indicator even if they are not empty

so the only viable option is 1, which is okay if the files are stored on an SSD, but would probably result in a noticeable delay on HDDs.

i don't think this is a good idea, but I'll keep the issue open in case I change my mind :>
