Fix/monitor partial update not update config

Note

Extend UpdatePartial to update Config, ProxyId, and PushToken, and add a test covering config updates.

• Backend
  • Update apps/server/src/modules/monitor/monitor.service.go UpdatePartial to pass Config, ProxyId, and PushToken in UpdateModel.
• Tests
  • Add test case validating partial update with Config in apps/server/src/modules/monitor/monitor.service_test.go.
