SN 0.5.12 apparently needs clang > 14 (at least in this case). The runner image we use apparently has 15, but seems to default to 14: https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/ubuntu/Ubuntu2204-Readme.md.

One option is to somehow configure SN to use clang 15. The other one is to switch to the ubuntu 24.04 image.

Also question: could this upgrade go into 3.7.1?
