Suggestion: use-pre-validated-versions or use-pre-validated-releases or (to stay in the current logic) use-latest-versions/releases?

The proposal came from cf-deployment team. It seems to be the term that would be used for bosh. If it less confusing in cf-deployment, it might be OK. WDYT?

It adds a parameter
pre-validationto the smoke tests. When set to true, it will test the versions currently pre-validated bycf-deployment.
