What happened?

Setting content-element-separation to 0 prevents the usage of the browser's windows control buttons as seen in the video below.

@mauro-balades It mostly works, but with content separation set to 0, there is small horizontal line at the top about 0.5px (same as the value you used in the commit). Maybe it should be set to transparent or something if content sep = 0

It actually seems like there is an additional 0.5px of horizontal line at the top regardless of what content separation is now. So any value would be +0.5px thicker, and now there is an obvious line at the top (due to 0+0.5). In most cases, it would probably be fine since it's not that obvious, but when content separation is 0, it is pretty obvious so maybe it should be transparent if it is 0.
