multi-work folder no longer avaible?

after some updates ago, on 18.8.1
did they remove the option for "create folder for multi-work" ?
tried looking for it, but it isnt there (unless im blind)

tried to implement that setting on, but everytime i download now, they all make a folder in the designated download folder, as in download/designated folder/(all new folders, ID and tag)
instead of
download/designated folder/(tag or ID)/(here)
played with the naming rule, but it just wont be like it used to
