STM32Fxxx CCM RAM Support?

I know the old qemu-system-gnuarmecplise is depreciated but in the source it appears there was at least some attempt to add support for the CCM RAM. However I can not seem to write to that area of memory. Is there a way to turn in on? I have software that uses that area in memory I am playing with.

Unfortunately that implementation is too old for me to remember such details :-(

On a physical STM32, do you have to do something special to enable it?

You don't, at least not on the STM32F429. Poking through the code my suspicion is it may not have been fully implemented as I can't find any calls to create that memory region even though there are definitions for it (Backup SRAM is in the same state) . Writing to that memory are does not take in the old qemu-system-gnuarmecplise. Was hoping there was a switch or parameter I could pass that I didn't sniff out. As we know there small MCUs are sorely neglected in modern QEMU. I was able to tweak the Renode definition to add the CCM RAM for that emulator, but its missing the nice integration with Eclipse.

yeah, I like it too, but I currently have no resources to maintain it. :-(
