Excluding spec file from HMR?

What's the recommended folder structure setup for tests with wxt? The auto-generated tsconfig includes all glob patterns, meaning that any spec file changes will trigger a reload. Should the include pattern be more targeted? Alternatively, I suppose I can override the include block on my own tsconfig.ts, but that doesn't seem ideal?
