Instead of using w-okada in realtime, have the option to convert files instead.

I know we have the recording feature, but that sometimes results in delays and discontinuities. I would love to have a feature that simply processes an input file.

While I understand what are you asking for, does the file input option isn't enough for you? There you can set bigger extra and chunk since the delay doesn't matter. Just play a bit of the file to fill the extra then rewind and record. The result should be of enough quality as long as the model is too and your hardware is capable enough.
Beatrice is smooth in realtime and recording but with RVC I usually end up with issues no matter what I set the chunk and extra. To be honest, my system is below average. And I feel that this feature request would help. I'd gladly wait 5 minutes to convert a 30 second audio.
