How to set timers?

I have seen a couple of references to setting an automated timer to switch on and off at the same time every day often accompanied with replies directing to the "manual" but I have scoured the manual and cannot find any reference to this in the manual.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some sort of guide on how to do this please?

I'm not sure there is a guide and I haven't looked to hard at it myself but within Spa Config you will find the Command section where you can create commands that get executed at the times you choose.
