Why warn with UserWarning and not a PanderaValidationWarning(UserWarning)?

Just curious. If I understand correctly, the warnings system can be filtered by the type of the warnings class. Other code might co-opt UserWarning though. A Pandera specific warning could be more granular.

I agree Mark, I think it would be a really nice change to make.

Potentially there could be a global configuration option for the user to retain the current behaviour to facilitate smoother migration.
