Do sugar labs have any official discord or slack channel, through which we can communicate with admins?

Sugar Labs doesn’t use Discord or Slack as far as I know, but Matrix.
The main Sugar Labs space is #sugar-labs:matrix.org. The easiest way to join is via the Element app: https://app.element.io/
