[GLOBAL] Peer dependency issues

Both the NgRx in `ngx-store` en date-fns in `ngx-forms` cause issues when installing the dependencies within a project without a legacy-peer-deps or force flag.

Within this issue, we'll check the `package.json` files of each package to improve the setup and provide a fix for these issues.
