Transcription Audio to Midi

It's possible when we want to transcribe an Audio track into the equivalent Midi Track to have a complete transcription of the text into the midi note?
Now into the transcribed track we a default vowel "a" as text into every note, but I think that with Whisper should be possible to put at least the entire word on the note or better to have the different syllables in the notes used for the word.
I stated that Audacity with the Plugin Whisper of OpenVINO is able to transcribe some sentence.
Ace Studio I suppose it make conversion in 3 steps:
The first one recognize all the words...
The second one recognize the Syllables and their Time Position into the Audio Tracks
The third one recognize the tone of the notes.

If OpenUtau already is able to do such a transcription I would appreciate to know how to do it.
