Is it possible to have sound alerts but not have them alert on any PM

I was curious if there is a way to have sound alerts on mention of your handle but not have it do so on any PM message. It gets a bit annoying when it dings on every mention in a private chat. Simply because I am already aware of someone saying things to me in a private chat.

I see no configuration change you could make in config.toml to for this
