Add time estimate for project member

Really love the project!

Right now we only have the ability to track time on the whole project or on a task. But each person has a different billable rate and is not "allowed" to work indefinitely on a project. Looking at the progress per task or project, I cannot see if this time was tracked by an expensive senior or by a less expensive junior.

Adding an estimate to a project member for each project would be a solution to this. This would show me or any employee at a glance how much time they already spent on the project and how much they are budgeted to spend in the future.
