Add ability to archive tags

In Clockify, tags can be archived so they remain on existing time entries and in reports, but stop appearing in the tag selector when logging/editing time (archived ≠ deleted).

Suggested behavior:

• Mark tag as Archived (toggle in tag management)
• Archived tags hidden from tag picker by default
• Historical entries keep the tag
• Reports/filters can include archived tags (Active / Archived / All or “Include archived”)

This keeps the selector clean without losing reporting continuity. Thanks!
