Output for relay if playing something

I'd like to switch an amp on (B&O 6000) when something is playing on the squeezelite. Ideally it needs a 5V constant, but could put 5V through a 3.3V relay if needed as the PCB will be have a 5V power source anyway. Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

To answer my own question, IO21 provides 3.3V when player is turned on and 0V when soft powered down 👍

This is on an ESP32 Audio Kit A1S btw
