Renamed StructWithStrWithoutEqOrHash -> StructWithToStrWithoutEqOrHash.

When I did git push -f, github dropped comments.

@cmr asked whether ToStr implementation for HashMap needs Eq and Hash for key. I replied that Eq and Hash are currently used in implementation of HashMap::iter().
