rbenv install 3.4.0 get 3.4.0+1/

Not a big issue, but I'm just curious—will this always happen when a user installs Ruby 3.4.0? Will they consistently get a folder named 3.4.0+1/?

It's only packaging issue. Please use 3.4.1 instead of that.
