Unified config file for oxlint and oxfmt

Now that oxlint and oxfmt are built by the same team, would it make sense to have a unified config file for them?

It's not an issue, but having one less config file would be cool 🙃

Something like:

Oh yeah, this has my vote. Config fatigue is real, every single tool under the sun wants its own config file. I'd love Oxc to provide unified config, like what Biome has.

Yup, this makes sense to me. Copy from Biome or elsewhere, keeping things tight makes sense here.
