Education benefits application - IMPOSSIBLE to proof that I'm a student

Hi everyone,

I don't know what to do in order to proof that I'm a student, I've followed all suggested steps and procedures (yes! I do read this: https://docs.github.com/en/education/about-github-education/github-education-for-students/apply-to-github-education-as-a-student) I've tried to send photo of my University's ID, my Dated official/unofficial transcript, Dated enrollment letter on school letterhead.. ALWAYS there is something wrong.

The e-mail says:

• "The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation."

But I've tried to sent all sort of documents and proofs possible in this world.

Before anyone try to say: "maybe is because the image does not appear to contain your school name", or something like that, I'VE TRIED TO SEND ALL DOCUMENTS available in my University's student hub.

The rejected e-mail from GitHub Education comes different based on which document I've provided, the last one I provided (which was the Dated official/unofficial transcript) I got this message:

Your document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation. For countries utilizing non-standard calendars, you may need to capture the original document beside one with a converted date. You may include multiple documents in your image, so long as they are legible.

Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your [GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.

BUT THE DOCUMENT CONTAINS:

• Institution's name (and also CNPJ which is the tax ID for companies)
• Address
• My personal informations

Basically, EVERYTHING.. but it still rejecting, the worst? We cannot UPLOAD the files, so HOW CAN I TAKE A PICTURE OF TWO A4 documents in the same photo keeping it minimal visible?

They ask to do things that is basically impossible. And there is no place to get help, to talk to someone who can help, only the communities' discussions. That's so frustrating.

Actually there is nothing to do, they don't approve, we can't attach the files, no way to talk to anybody from their staff team.. basically this horrible verification system rejects and we are with both hands tied.

ngl bro it is indeed very frustrating trying to verify a GitHub education profile since the process is kinda strict and highly automated.

From the rejection message, there are 3 specific things are failing and need correction:

-Your name must match exactly between your GitHub billing profile and the document (same order, spelling, no nicknames).
-The full institution name should be clearly visible as readable text (not just a logo or watermark).
-The document must include a recent date proving your current enrollment (not from a past term).

as per how my friend did it to Include two documents in ONE photo:
Put them on a table side-by-side
Take a photograph from above
Be sure that:
your name is readable
full name of the university is seen
there is a date

If it still keeps failing after that, it’s probably not you it’s the verification system being too strict lol

I did ALL those steps, I updated my GitHub billing profile, GitHub Profile name to be exactly like in my IDs.
I provided 3 types of institution's proof (Dated School ID, Dated official/unofficial transcript, Dated enrollment letter on school letterhead) ALL them were rejected.

This verification system is WAY TO STRICT, I tried to send two docs in one single picture, I don't know what to do now! That is so frustrating! There is no option to talk to someone from the staff, all we have is this communities' topics... for God sake.
