Hi everyone,

I am having some trouble getting verified for GitHub Pro as faculty. I work at a GitHub-confirmed school, but the automated system keeps rejecting my application without telling me why.

I have tried with payslips, ID's and also tried attached my employment contract. Since the document is in Swedish, I am guessing the system has issues reading it.

Similar problems here: they ask for a picture of some evidence; if I take a picture with my phone camera, it has too much resolution; if I change the resolution using GIMP, the image is not valid because it has been edited; if I use the webcam to take the picture, the image can not be read... This is disgusting!

Having similar problems here too. Rejected multiple times with no indication of what the problem is.

I'm having the same issue, also from a Swedish university.

My problem is slightly different. I am getting the same message, but it won't even let me try again. The green button is grayed out, so I can't start a new application.

I am having a similar issue. I received the same rejection with no errors to address, which makes it difficult to address them. I had submitted a screenshot of my employment offer and my faculty class management portal.
