Hello GitHub Education Team,

My application for Teacher/Faculty status is stuck due to a technical issue. I have taught this program for years online and had no issue in prior years getting approved.

I meet every single eligibility criterion. I have taken multiple high-resolution photos of my faculty documentation (employment letter clearly showing my name, title/role, school name, and current dates). I also supplied the official .edu website.

Problem: At the proof-upload step, no file upload form appears — only the camera option or nothing. I’ve tried desktop Chrome/Firefox/Safari, mobile, incognito, cache clear, ensuring same name and email on my documentation, different devices, logging in and back out — same result.

Please manually review and approve my application, or let me send the documents another way. Happy to email the actual files securely or provide anything else needed.

This sounds like a client-side upload form issue rather than an eligibility problem.

Since the upload field is not appearing (even after trying different browsers, devices, cache clearing, and incognito mode), this is likely a technical bug with the verification flow.

At this point, the best course of action is to contact GitHub Support directly via:

https://support.github.com/contact

Select GitHub Education as the category and include:

• Your GitHub username (@droxey)
• Institution name (Dominican University of California)
• A brief description of the upload form issue
• Screenshots of the missing upload field (if possible)
• Your faculty documentation attached to the ticket

Support can:

• Manually review your documents
• Reset your application state
• Provide an alternate secure upload method

Community moderators in Discussions don’t have access to approve or manually verify Education applications, so Support is the only team that can resolve this.
