Manual Review Request: Student Benefits Application - Hellenic Open University (Distance Learning)

Dear GitHub Education Support Team,

I am writing to request a manual review of my GitHub Student Developer Pack application. My application is repeatedly rejected due to a location mismatch, but I would like to clarify that I am a verified student at the Hellenic Open University (EAP).

The Hellenic Open University is a distance-learning (remote) institution based in Patras, Greece. As a student, I am not required to be physically present at the university's headquarters, as all academic activities, lectures, and exams are conducted online. This is why my current IP address and GPS location do not match the university's physical campus address.

I have attached/uploaded the following official documents for your review:

My Academic ID (Paso) which clearly shows my name, my photo, and the university's name.

I am a Computer Sciencestudent and I am very eager to use GitHub's tools for my academic projects and professional development.
