I’m writing to follow up regarding a refund for my GitHub Copilot Pro subscription. On October 15, I subscribed and was later informed that I qualified for free access to GitHub Copilot Pro through the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
After receiving the confirmation email from GitHub stating that a refund receipt was sent and that the refund would be processed within 14 days, I waited for the mentioned period. However, it has now been more than 14 days, and the refundable monthly fee has still not been credited back to my account.
I also removed my bank account details from my GitHub account after activating the student package. Could you please check the status of my refund and let me know if any additional action is required on my side?
