Having trouble uploading proof of ID

Hi everyone,

Hey all - I'm a student at ASU and our student IDs are digital only. I tried holding up my phone to the camera but it got rejected. I don't have any way of showing the transcripts or any other proofs as it requires me to use a webcam instead of uploading PDF files, and my camera doesn't work. Would appreciate some guidance as to how to address this issue. Thanks!

If your webcam isn’t working, the best option is to contact GitHub Education Support. They can manually verify your documents if the automatic camera flow doesn’t work.
If you can, you could also try using another device (like a friend’s laptop or a library computer) just for the verification step.
