I would like to inquire whether I can benefit from the student service, a university email is currently activated for me, I graduated four months ago, is it possible for me to be accepted.

To apply for GitHub Education benefits, you must be enrolled in a degree- or diploma-granting program, such as a high school, college, university, or homeschool. Unfortunately, you can't apply for GitHub Education once you've graduated, as you're no longer considered a student.
