Hi @FrankSAURET !! Yes — it helps a lot to include an English translation when your proof is in another language. Make sure the document clearly shows your full name, institution, and role as a teacher, matching your GitHub account details. If you keep getting rejected after that, open a ticket with GitHub Education Support and attach both the original French proof and the translation so they can review it manually. |

Hi @FrankSAURET, For languages that use the Latin alphabet, it's generally not necessary to submit a translation of the academic proof. However, if you keep getting rejected you should try. Ensure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Once donce, log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. Hi everyone,
Hi,
My proof is in French, should I translate it?
My name on the proof (a letter) is the same on my github account.
Please help me.
Thanks
