problem with authentification

Hi everyone,

Hello, I’m having trouble with the Education verification. I’m using the school’s email address, which is already verified for Education. I also have a certificate confirming that I’m a teacher. The information in my profile is correct as well. Nevertheless, the verification is being rejected—one of my colleagues has the same certificate (with his name, of course), and his was accepted. What else can I do?

Hi @tfahrner,

Fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Next, log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
