Hi @Nyxotin, If your academic proof isn't in English I recommend you translate it and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164204 Log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. |

Hello @davevad93, My academic proof that I provided was in English, but it still keeps getting denied. I even sent my Reciept of enrollment. Right now I ran out of options. |

Hi everyone,
Hello everyone,
I'm an IT student from the Philippines trying to register for the Education Benefits here on GitHub. Apparently, I ran into problems sending valid proof so far. I've sent four applications, and all of them got rejected. This includes a dated school ID, a dated receipt from the bursar, and Other documents (Example: screenshot of school portal). I have followed the instructions properly and sent the correct document, yet it was invalid and denied. Is anyone having the same problem? I included sending a screenshot of my school portal, where the response to my application was,
Hopefully, someone can help me with this.
