Student Pack Application - Manual Review for Motilal Nehru College (Evening)

Hello GitHub Education Team,

My GitHub username is @2harshpandey.

I am a verified student at Motilal Nehru College (Evening), University of Delhi, and I'm having trouble with the Student Developer Pack application due to a system issue.

Our college is the evening session of 'Motilal Nehru College', but we are issued a different official email domain: @mlne.du.ac.in. The application system only recognizes the day college's domain (@mln.du.ac.in) and automatically rejects my application, even though I upload valid proof.

I have a dated student ID card that clearly shows my name, the full college name with "(Evening)", and the current academic session (2025-2026). I have already tried reapplying with my documents but the automated system rejects it each time.

Could a staff member please manually review my eligibility? I can provide my documents in a private message or support ticket.

Hi @2harshpandey,

GitHub doesn't provide manual reviews. If you have an academic email domain that's different from the one listed on GitHub, you have to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain the issue with your academic email domain.

Hey, totally get the frustration—this sounds like a classic domain mismatch glitch in the automated system, especially since Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is a legit separate entity under DU with its own @mlne.du.ac.in emails (I double-checked, and yep, that's the official one for the evening session). It's a shame the verifier lumps it in with the day college's @mln.du.ac.in and bounces valid apps like yours.

Based on your advice, I have successfully submitted an official support ticket to GitHub to get my school's information and email domain corrected.

I am now waiting for a response to that ticket. I appreciate you all taking the time to help me!
