Hi,
We are trying to get the user details such as modified date, created date. But while passing userName parameter we are getting blank response. and when we are trying to get userinfo using by passing email as username i am able to get resposne.

Got it 👍 — I see from your screenshot that you’re calling a SCIM 2.0 API endpoint (since the response contains "urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:ListResponse").

Here’s why you’re seeing the empty Resources array when filtering by userName:

What’s happening

Your query includes:

filter=userName eq "himlesh…"
startIndex=292
count=1

The API response shows:

"totalResults": 1,
"itemsPerPage": 0,
"startIndex": 292,
"Resources": []

This means:

There is 1 matching record (totalResults=1).

But since you requested startIndex=292, the API is trying to start at the 292nd record.
→ There’s no 292nd item, so it returns no Resources.

Why it worked with email

When you passed the email as userName, your filter matched the actual stored SCIM userName value.
SCIM doesn’t guarantee that userName equals the person’s display name — often, userName is actually their email address. That’s why filtering by email returned results.

How to fix

Reset pagination
Remove or reset the pagination params:

startIndex=1
count=100

This will give you results if the filter matches.

Confirm what userName really is
In SCIM, userName is usually a unique identifier — most providers store the email address here, not the display name.
So if you’re filtering with "himlesh", it won’t match unless that’s exactly the stored userName.

To get created/modified dates
When you successfully fetch the user resource, look for SCIM metadata fields:

That’s where created and lastModified live.
