Can't upload file in my Student package application resubmitting

As you see in the attachment, I got rejected 1st time for a reason about my profile name then I edit it, so when I resubmit with the same photo I used it first time it doesn't work.
I tried:
1- Restarting Computer
2- Restarting browser
3- Logout and Login
4- Changing the type of docuement.

Problem is even the error name it's not shown, it's only error icon.

Hi @Thechnik,

I recommend you to submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC, it usually solves this problem.
