Hi everyone,

I’ve already submitted my application twice, but now when I click 'Submit,' it removes the picture of my school ID and shows a warning symbol—without any error message.

Totally get how frustrating that is. From what you’re describing—and looking at the screenshot—it sounds like the system is silently rejecting your upload when you hit "Submit," but without actually telling you why (super helpful, right?).

A few things might be going on:

The image file might not meet the requirements (like wrong format or too big). Even if it lets you upload it, the backend could be quietly dropping it during submission.
The system might think your proof isn’t “good enough”, based on whatever weird criteria they’re using. That little red warning about "Poor proof types" might be their way of hinting at it.
Since you’ve submitted twice already, it’s possible there’s some kind of limit or lock in place now—even if they don’t make that obvious.
Or it could just be a bug. Honestly, wouldn’t be the first time a form breaks like this with no error message.
I’d try uploading a super clear JPG or PNG file under 5MB, maybe try in a different browser, and if it still acts weird… probably best to contact their support and let them know what’s happening.

I recommend you to submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC, it usually solves this problem.
