Unable to Verify GitHub Education Due to Name Matching – Request for Assistance

Hello GitHub Support Team,

I am having trouble getting verified for GitHub Education benefits. I have carefully followed all the instructions regarding name matching between my academic affiliation document, my GitHub profile, and my billing information.

My full name on my academic document: TRẦN HỮU QUỐC VĂN
My GitHub profile name: TRẦN HỮU QUỐC VĂN
My billing information is also set to:
First name: TRẦN HỮU QUỐC
Last name: VĂN
All information is consistent and matches exactly, including capitalization, accents, and the order of names. I have also logged out and logged back in before re-applying, as recommended.

Despite this, my application for GitHub Education benefits continues to be denied.

Could you please review my case and assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you very much for your support!
