Application gets rejected but all my papers are digital

Hi everyone,

I am current;y enrolled in the UJI(Universitat Jaume I) in Castellon, Spain. And I've encountered a kind of issue because of how paperworks works in the Valencian Community. So, to clarify, all my entrance exams, and scores are digitalized, my letter of acceptance is as well. I don't have a possibility to upload a student ID, as we run an app with NFC so it is kind of a workaround. I've got a printed out version of the statement of enrollment letter, but it seems to get declined. So the question is - what should I do in this case? Shall I, A: Go to the uni and ask for some additional paperwork? B: Find a workaround, as I really have no papers around me.

Hello ! Did you apply near your university? I remember that they require the user to apply in uni or near uni. They use the WiFi location to determine whether or not you are a student.

Yeah, same town, same thing, it didn´t want to accept from my laptop, so I used the phone

I'd suggest going in and asking for some paper work as one of the the requirements is to "Have a verifiable school-issued email or documents proving your student status".

According to GitHub, the below can be used to verify your student status:

• A picture of your school ID with current enrolment date
• Your class schedule
• Your transcript
• An affiliation or enrolment verification letter

When I had asked for a enrolment verification letter, to apply for "Familia Numerosa", basically bonuses for families with 3+ kids, they gave me this paper. And it was valid for the local government.

You could try requesting something specific like your recent academic transcript, which is an accepted document for verifying your status if they aren't accepting your enrolment letter

You are required to submit a valid document proving your current student status, i.e. any official document showing your full name, school name and current date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

I recommend you take a look at the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs which is packed with a lot of useful information.

Remember to log out and log back into GitHub before submitting a new application.

If you continue to experience problems with the application, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

It has the date in the small letter on the bottom, but it states my name on there, the course, and me being enrolled for 2024/2025. All the documentaion that is somehow education related is digital, signed by digital certificates. I just don't know what to do, like If I were to ask for proof of enrollment letter, it will still be the same document.
