Deployment sandbox access?

i found this sandbox org:

i just wondered if you had access to any of these things? And/or could help us understand which of them we need access to? I'd love to be able to test out the sandbox or create one that we can use before considering a new deployment. We need to figure out how it all work is the challenge.
